If you are unsatisfied with a game, you may return it within 14 days of purchase, provided the game is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For opened games, we may offer an exchange or store credit based on the condition of the item. 2. Event Tickets Tickets for events at The Game Sanctuary are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we may be able to offer a credit for a future event, subject to availability. 3. Membership Fees Membership fees are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your membership within the first 30 days of purchase, we will offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of the membership, minus any administrative fees. 4. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective game or item, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or exchange for the damaged product. Please provide proof of damage (photos) and the original receipt within 7 days of receiving the item. 5. Process for Refund Requests To initiate a refund, return, or exchange, please visit our customer service desk or contact us via email or phone. Be sure to include your receipt or order number, along with the reason for the return or refund request. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. 6.
